Practical operation of offset printing control center

in order to facilitate the operation of modern offset printing machines, computer control centers have been launched. Although the names of computer control centers of various models are different, the specific operating procedures are basically similar, and the main contents are the same. Therefore, the operator only needs to master the interface operation method of one model, and the interface operation of other models can be fully mastered with a little practice. The following will take CP2000 as an example to comprehensively introduce the practical operation methods of the printing control center

cp2000 is a computer printing control center launched by Heidelberg company in 2000. It expands a new space for the operator of the offset press and provides an optimal working environment. All settings, the current response of the machine and the adjustments made are displayed on this common interface. This harmonious user interface has graphics, symbols and words, so that the operator can operate easily and quickly. CP2000 control center is also a bridge connecting prepress, printing and production management

there are three methods to test the stripping force of shoes: 1. Peel the top of the finished shoe (toe) from the sole and upper.

cp2000-cd102 offset press adopts the most popular touch mode buttons in the world at present, especially the application of pictographic symbols, so that the operation of the offset press is further automated → intelligent → standardized

basic information of CP2000

cp2000 operation interface (hereinafter referred to as cp`) replaces the original control system CP window operation panel. The original CP window and CPC are combined into one CP console

console has a display with a touch screen. If you want to operate the console or input data, just press the corresponding key symbol on the screen. There is no need for keyboard or mouse after 2020. The touch screen of many models of Heidelberg machines is installed on the left side of the paper receiving table

when the machine power is turned on, the CP interface is automatically displayed on the central console. The CP cannot be turned on alone. There is a machine display (PD) at the Feida (paper feeding) and the paper receiving positions. Each unit has a control panel that can perform some operation functions. The CP console (see Figure) is the central control panel used to control the machine. It includes:

touch screen ① the operator can input various commands and change various settings of the machine through the screen

start panel ② there are production, parking, paper feeding and other command buttons on the panel (see below)

ink area adjustment panel ③ sets the ink amount

platform ④ for placing samples

these command keys are also available at the paper feeding and receiving places (in addition to locking the control panel keys)

the screen and panel shall be cleaned frequently. When cleaning the screen or panel, domestic cleaning solution or odorless alcohol can be used. To prevent damage to the screen, do not use high concentration cleaning agents. To clean the screen or panel, turn off the touch function first
